Overview:
At our locations in Frankfurt, Essen or Düsseldorf, we are looking for a full-time employee for the Services department (Unify CCS SDM) as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
Management of a Managed Service Delivery Unit in the Unify CCS SDM
Responsibility for Sales, Sales Margin, Quality, SLA compliance and cost compliance for the area of responsibility
Identification of optimization potential and implementation of the necessary measures as well as strategic development of customers in the area of responsibility
Definition of tasks, determination of evaluation criteria and development of employees within the framework of management responsibility
Review and, if necessary, improvement of the implemented service processes on the basis of the applicable standards (ITIL)
Conducting service-related customer meetings and conducting consultations and workshops within the framework of the company as well as developing and implementing decision templates for the customer at management / board level (CxO level)
Preservation of the company's portfolio and business expansion with regard to other services
Claim and change management compared to contractually guaranteed services
Requirements:
Several years of disciplinary and professional management experience
Strong management skills, both in virtual and geographically dispersed teams
Soft skills in terms of personnel management (motivation, experience in managing employees working nationwide)
Very high customer orientation
Experience in dealing with difficult customer situations as well as competence in conducting disputes (conflict management)
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.ITIL certification advantageous
Commercial knowledge, sales, cost and margin transparency
