Overview:

• Understand project and product requirements, advocating for quality at every stage.
• Design, execute, and maintain effective test cases to cover various testing scenarios.
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
• Ensure robust test coverage across functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Provide insights on product usability, performance, and reliability.
• Contribute to test automation strategies and frameworks to enhance future testing efficiency.
• Support the integration of testing processes into the CI/CD pipeline.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of Quality Engineering methodologies and software development lifecycles.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail in identifying potential issues.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, software development, and release engineering.
• Basic understanding of test automation concepts and an openness to contributing to automation efforts over time.
• Experience with Windows AD Domain Services
• Strong Networking knowledge.

• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, Gherkin).
• Experience with PKI / Certificate management
• Python and Bash scripting experience.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and VMware.
• Exposure to API and UI testing.
• Basic Git knowledge.
• Experience in telecommunications or VoIP.
• Experience in Agile environments, with a solid understanding of Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
