Job Description

Overview:

Our Inside Service Sales Specialist is responsible for facilitating accurate, timely and quality transactions of all renewals. Supporting Service Sales team to ensure the retention and growth of our service business. In this role you will be assisting and collaborating with internal clients effectively and efficiently to complete renewal activities including, but not limited to, quote preparation.

Please note this position will require the successful individual to work on shift patterns to service our clients in US.

Therefore we will require the successful candidates to have the ability to work to the following patterns;

  • shifts rotated between 3pm - 11.30pm CET

Responsibilities:

  • Providing renewals administrative support to Sales Representatives and Account Executives.

  • Collaborating on a daily basis with Sales Representatives to ensure any queries or issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently.

  • Validating accounts and quotes for accuracy.

  • Maintaining accurate and complete documentation within CRM

  • Making sure pricing is in line with approval levels & governance.

  • Ensuring KPI standards are achieved and measured through daily activity and demonstrated via reports to team management.

  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Highly organized, able to prioritize, and have good time management skills.

  • Able to track information accurately and have a strong attention to detail.

  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated

  • Salesforce CRM experience is an advantage.

  • Communication technology knowledge is considered an advantage.

  • Availability to work on a shift schedule
