Overview:
This highly visible and critical role must have extensive experience and proven track record recruiting and supporting HR at all levels. You must be extremely relationship orientated and understand the urgency and pace needed to be successful in a highly competitive and candidate driven market. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with HR and Hiring Managers to build pipelines of key individuals for the success of the business from requisition approval to onboarding successful candidates.
TA Responsibilities:
Recruit for multiple positions on an international scale (LATAM focused)
Develop sourcing strategies, produce target list of candidates for current live roles
Actively search for candidates via internet, internal/external databases, industry publications, cold calling, networking referrals, systems etc. and investigate new/creative sourcing ideas
Track candidate pipeline, priorities, and performance data to share with internal stakeholders
Partner with HR Business Partner on candidate selection, compensation, and recruitment strategy
Support in the continuous improvement of our talent attraction methods (project work)
Local HR Responsibilities:
Inputting changes to employee records including new starters, leavers, absence, and contract extensions
Onboarding and offboarding tasks, including HRIS administration, paperwork, IT equipment, benefits enrollment and payroll notification
Partner with business areas for proactive working and collaboration to ensure alignment in planning resources
Manage employees in HRIS system, including updates and amendments to employee files
Issue offer letters and employment contracts to all new starters and carry out all pre-employment checks
Coordinate day 1 inductions and creating a positive experience for all new starters
Market local recruitment events to attract and engage the best candidates in the local market
Support multiple countries in Latin American
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred; or high school diploma + additional experience
3+ years experience in a Recruiting environment
2+ years experience in a HR professional setting
Proven track record of managing high workload with the ability to deliver on difficult recruitment searches
Ability to drive an end-to-end process seamlessly from kick-off meeting to candidate interviews
Must be resourceful and take initiative; develop innovative solutions to filling difficult openings
Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer branding in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
Must have exceptionally strong communication skills - on the phone, via email, in-person, etc. as you will need to be effective with stakeholders of all levels across the organization
Advanced English and preferred Spanish
Ability to prioritize, push back, and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, all while being highly customer focused and collaborative.
Experience with Workday HRIS & Recruiting would be an advantage
