Overview:

As a member of the Global Demand Generation team, reporting into the Marketing Department, the successful candidate will execute and optimize Mitel’s Demand Generation Campaigns. The ideal candidate must be results-driven, data-driven with proven expertise driving leads through the lead cycle for successful conversion. In this position, you will be a key part of driving opportunities for sales and contribute to the growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic campaign planning for Global Marketing campaigns aligned to pipeline goals and stages of the customer buying cycle

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for holistic campaign execution

  • Partner with global and regional Field Marketing teams to align to specific sales objectives

  • Work closely with Product Marketing and Brand/ Content teams to align on messaging and drive impactful campaign content

  • Implement multi-touch surround campaigns with on-time launches

  • Drive campaign performance monitoring: optimize for efficiencies and scale

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; or high school diploma + relevant experience

  • 8+ years Demand Generation experience

  • Direct experience working in B2B SaaS or technology space

  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo and other Marketing tools

  • Ability to implement campaign plan to achieve campaign goals

  • Excellent analytical capabilities and experience deriving insights from data

  • Strong project management, attention to detail, time management, prioritization and organizational skills

  • Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail in execution

  • Deep understanding of Digital Marketing, paid advertising, email marketing, lead flow and progression

  • Ability to work collaboratively across several Marketing functions
