Job Description:
Ready for your next job move?
We are looking for a Senior Engineer to help us:
- Develop, maintain and improve systems to store and retrieve characterization data
- Develop a characterization setup with a high level of automation
- Collaborate with the IC design team to develop and perform measurements of all IC parameters
- Test development and implementation for testing and characterization of NAND memory on ATE test systems.
- Perform characterization of all memory technology and designs for logic/ functionality, performance, power consumption, timing and some aspects of reliability.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Electrical engineering fundamentals knowledge, including deep sub-micron CMOS device operation and characteristics, understanding of advancing modeling techniques
- Hands on experience with simulation using tools such as HSPICE, Finesim/PrimeSim or Spectre
- Understand any digital/mixed signal block such as SRAM, I/O using specification
- Extract netlist through StarRCXT
- Define timing arcs like setup, hold, propagation delay - Ability to write SPICE test bench (compatible to simulators like HSpice, FineSim, Spectre etc) for any digital block from the scratch
- Run simulations using SPICE simulator
- Expertise in Perl, Shell, TCL scripting
