Job Description:

• Cash Applications - maintaining the integrity of cash reports, and processes all received payments for posting into Baan.
• Include following up with collectors on unallocated cash, cash in advance payment offset, uploading invoices upon request or when generated, daily running customer’s statement, coordinating courier delivery of invoices to customers, support for SOX’s audit and additional ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Qualification - Professional/Degree with Specialization Accounting
• Experience with 1 – 2 years and may consider fresh graduate
• Strong Accounting Knowledge
• Preferably with MNC experience
• Good time management, able to think critically and logically
• Good communication skill, able to communicate effectively with various levels of people, internal and external
