Job Description:

We are seeking a Production Specialist who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of our production test equipment, working towards the timely and quality delivery of products. Your responsibilities will include operating manual and automatic test equipment and performing quality control checks to ensure that production goals are met efficiently and safely. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues on the floor will contribute to maintaining optimal production performance. The ideal candidate should possess a solid mechanical aptitude, experience working with production equipment, and the ability to adhere to strict safety standards.

  • Set up and operate various production test equipment in accordance with product specifications

  • Accurately record production logs, including material usage, output, quantity, downtime, and quality control records

  • Monitor production processes to ensure efficient and effective operation and that production areas are organized, clean, and safe

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during production, minimizing downtime and production delays

  • Perform quality inspections on products during different production stages

  • Ensure all production activities meet safety, regulatory, and company standards

  • Assist in implementing process improvements to increase productivity and collaborate with supervisors and team leads to optimize workflows

  • Conduct regular checks and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure reliability

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a plus

  • 1-3 years of experience in production or manufacturing environment

  • Familiarity with quality control processes and safety regulations in manufacturing

  • Ability to accurately follow and process manufacturing travelers, work instructions, and technical specifications

  • Utilize basic computer skills to input, log and monitor production data

  • Good manual dexterity and fine motor skills, with the ability to handle delicate components and small devices

  • Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods of time

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Capable of managing individual tasks while supporting team objectives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Semiconductor test environment

  • Experience with MIL-PRF-19500 & / or MIL-PRF-38534 product manufacture

The hourly pay range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $17.00 - $27.00.*

*Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
