Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced and motivated Engineer to join our Marketing team in the Greater Phoenix Area, specializing in mixed signal products. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the success of our product portfolio by bridging the gap between technical development and market needs. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to influence product strategy, engage with customers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for mixed signal products, including product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.

• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities, guide product development and define a growth-oriented strategy.

• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and applications teams to identify and define innovative tools and the most important product features aligned with market needs.

• Exhibits strong decision-making skills amongst the team.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and market demands.

• Create technical marketing collateral such as articles, videos, presentations, and white papers.

• Support sales teams with technical expertise during customer engagements, product launches, and training sessions.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to promote mixed signal solutions.

• Gather and analyze feedback from customers and field teams to drive continuous improvement in the customer journey.

• Monitor product performance and market adoption, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.

• 10 years of experience in marketing, product management, or applications engineering for mixed signal or semiconductor products.

• Sufficient understanding of mixed signal design, applications, and market trends to establish themselves as a leader in the eyes of both management and individual contributors.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Proven track record of successful product launches and market development.

• Experience developing and managing product roadmaps.

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Willingness to travel as needed for customer visits, industry events, and training.

• Experience with Analog-to-Digital Converters is a plus.

Benefits of working at Microchip

The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $75,000 - $232,000.*

*Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
