Job Description:
Job Summary
Responsible for yield improvement and quality management activities. Provide engineering support in the investigation and implementation of actions for product health and capacity improvement. Other responsibilities include qualification of new device/test program/test board, support customer returns and product reliability, optimization of test specifications and procedures, as well as meeting departmental goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Product Health Improvement (yield and quality)
- Test Cycle Time Reduction
- Understand Tests specifications
- Product Data Characteristics Test and procedures
- Cost optimization through standardization, simplification and rationalization of operation
- New product introduction
- Reliability of products
- Customer complaints and returns support.
- Test program management Customer audits.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Education
New College Graduate of BS Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Working experience
Background in semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage
Other Requirements
- Knowledgeable in semiconductor
- Knowledgeable in software programming (C++) and hardware architecture.
- With good English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- With analytical and problem-solving skills.
