Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Trade Compliance Specialist to join our Import/Export Compliance team. In this role, you will ensure all cross-border transactions comply with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies—supporting smooth operations for our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, customs laws, and export controls.
- Prepare and review import/export documentation, including Asia region export permit application.
- Monitor daily sales orders under compliance hold and manager timely released of the compliance hold.
- Maintain internal compliance programs and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on trade compliance requirements.
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on potential impacts.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in international business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in trade compliance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and customs laws.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and global trade management tools.
