Job Description:

  • Supporting operations by monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing any process stations within the assigned product line
  • Working closely with engineering and production teams to ensure process stability, quality control, and yield enhancement
  • Monitor critical manufacturing processes to ensure consistent performance and product quality
  • Conduct experiments, collect process/equipment data, and analyze results to support root cause analysis and yield enhancement.
  • Work closely with equipment engineering, quality, and production teams to support new process introductions and continuous improvement projects.
  • Support Engineers in performing product, process, and material evaluation and/or qualification with the use of different statistical tools to further expand the business or as directed by the Business Unit counterparts.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency towards production needs and by providing timely response, accommodating flexible working hours to satisfy schedule or task needs.
  • Support Engineers in creation of Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (PFMEA) to identify the risk associated with potentially going wrong (creating a defect – out of specification) of the product and to identify what controls should be placed in the production.
  • Maintain specifications up to date with recent changes.
  • Flexible to perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Must be an Engineering Degree Level / Undergraduate
  • 5 - 7 years’ experience as a Manufacturing or Process Technician
  • Good in both written and oral communication
  • Good interpersonal relationship
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic to advanced knowledge in Office applications and any statistical tool application
