Job Description:

• Communicate with forwarder/Courier on the booking and shipment status
• Monitoring of all shipment for Import and Export
• Communicate with Microchip Worldwide Logistics team and Global Sales Support/Customer Service Team
• Preparation of shipment and Monitoring of delivery of shipment
• Checking of Billing invoices
• Monitoring of Inbound/import shipments, LOI uploading for item not on the list.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel on the final packing of all available orders ready for shipment.
• Coordinates with subcons all needed information with regards to shipment and provide shipping alert for all miscellaneous shipment.
• Generate export documents; manual invoices, AEDS for all Misc. outbound shipment.
• Maintains the completeness or requirements of all shipping documents prior handover to each carrier/forwarder upon pick up.
• Monitoring of the status of all shipments. POD report for Microchip expense shipment.
• Provide support needed to ensure that the Company has the proper process controls, administrative and reporting procedures and continue to optimize daily shipment.
• Coordinates daily shipment globally
• Checking billing invoices related
• Prepare PEZA report; documentation and process (Farm-In-Farm Out) for all local shipments.
• Generates daily shipment report and maintaining the files for all shipments.
• Too maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction with regards to execution of shipment and on time delivery.
• Support Quarter end shipments.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills both oral and writing
• Knowledgeable in PEZA/Customs rules and Regulation
• Know the shipping and booking requirements and processes
• Understand the flow of application of permits and certificates
