Job Description:
1. Staff Semiconductor Inspector shall be responsible for the quality of incoming and outgoing lots from IQA to FQA station, including In-Process controls through Line Audits ensuring strict application of specifications or standards relative to Microchip and customer requirements.
2. Staff Semiconductor Inspector is required to follow all operational SOP’s, 5S and safety requirements that are implemented in the line and must understand company policy and procedures.
3. Provide disposition on major quality issues with supervision.
4. Performs major task (quality reports, filing OT/LV) assigned by the supervisor.
5. Prepares regular Quality reports to immediate superior.
6. Conduct in-line audit and verification of corrective action defined in 8D report.
7. Provides support to other department on monitoring of product evaluation and machine buy-off.
8. Provide Quality Alert to all assembly related issues and follow-up 8D report.
9. Provide Return Part Form (RPF) for all devices with quality issues and required retest.
10. Prepared and release weekly QAF performance for support validation.
11. Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
Requirements/Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate
1. Flexible and self-motivated; can work as an individual or as a team member.
2. Capable to cope up with new instructions.
3. Can work under pressure.
4. Computer literate and can communicate effectively in English and Tagalog, both orally and in writing.
