Job Description:

• Responsible for layout cells, blocks, top routing and verification to tape out.

• Cooperate with designers to complete projects in high quality and on schedule.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 3~5 years working experience in semiconductor layout position.

• BS or above on Electrical Engineering, semiconductor courses are preferred.

• Fluency in Unix and other programming languages.

• Familiar with all EDA tools including Cadence virtuoso, Mentor Calibre, and other essential tools.

• Familiar with verification flow DRC/LVS/PERC etc

• Having knowledge of Finfet process is preferred.

• English writing is essential, and fluency speaking is preferred.

• Professional ethic, team work.
