Job Description:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or ability required.
• 6S activities pre- and post-shift either manual or semi-automatic.
• Can perform process monitors (visuals, SPC, sampling test) as per spec procedures task and/or responsibility.
• Computer transaction regarding the details of his/her compelled station
• Accounting of lot quantities and proper categorization of rejected parts
• Be able to decide based on existing specifications and /or criteria
• Perform other tasks as called for
• Follows and complies with all normal duties and responsibilities, system procedure, flow and standard of operation
• Initiates highlighting of any issues that could affect the safety, quality and/or output during his/her shift
Requirements/Qualifications:
College Graduate or Highschool Graduate.
Able to handle manual work and extend up to 12 hours, 5 days per week as per regular schedule.
Can handle prolonged sitting and/or standing depending on the assigned station.
