Job Description:

  • Support daily operations of PLP process tools.
  • Perform routine monitoring and data collection of process parameters and equipment performance.
  • Assist in troubleshooting process deviations and equipment issues to minimize downtime and scrap.
  • Conduct experiments and collect data to support process development and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including process logs, work instructions, and engineering reports.
  • Collaborate with Process Engineers to implement process changes and monitor their impact on yield and quality.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for yield excursions and quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols, safety standards, and ISO/quality requirements.
  • Implement and adhere with the company policy and guiding values.
  • May involve shift work, including nights and weekends, depending on fab operations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or technical diploma in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related field. Engineering Degree

  • 3+yrs of work experience in Process Engineering from Semiconductor or any equivalent industries.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor process equipment and metrology tools.
  • Basic understanding of statistical process control (SPC), FMEA, and DOE methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret SPC charts and process data.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols in chemical handling and cleanroom practices.
