Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Administrator to support in implementing a variety of human resource programs. The HR department will depend on your assistance in several important functions such as Onboarding, Training and Development, Records management, Employee Relations, Engagement, Payroll, Retention, etc.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Coordinate and arrange the on-boarding and joining formalities, assist off-boarding and related compliance responsible for updating & maintenance of HRIS(WD) system.
• Assist with payroll processing responsible for leave management cycle – leave inputs, correction, etc.
• Co-ordinate and accommodate the benefits administration include health insurance, employee wellness etc. and maintaining the insurance addition/deletion for Chennai.
• Co-ordinate with the HR BP for ensuring statutory compliance and managing HR audit requirements.
• Support and co-ordinate HR BP in day-to-day regular HR operations and handle first level enquiries, concerns/grievances
• Support and co-ordinate HR BP on the employee recognition program and events.
• Responsible for sharing periodic, Ad-hoc HR reports as per the timelines and assist any HR projects as per requirements & timelines
• Recommend new initiatives, process improvements for Chennai Support in employee engagement activities for the organization.
• Maintain employee personnel records Monitor employee morale and company culture
