Job Description:

1. Performs conversion set-up and buy-off of machines and equipment to support production operation needs and ensures high quality product and fast cycle time.

2. Performs repair and sustain maintenance on strip test equipment.

3. Records all repair and maintenance work done including spare parts used for purposes of monitoring equipment utilization and maintaining accurate data.

4. Performs Preventive maintenance on assigned machines.

5. Comply Standard Operating Procedure and follow rules and regulation set by the Company.

6. Implement equipment improvement projects to upkeep capabilities and reliabilities of equipment.

7. 5S compliance within the area of responsibility.

8. Effective troubleshooting of equipment-related problems to minimize equipment downtime and

deplete inventories.

• Basic Knowledge in Electronics Parts and Functionality
• Capable to read and interpret basic wiring diagram
