Job Description:

Microchip is seeking a qualified candidate for a full-time job opening in the position of a Administrator II-Logistics (Material Handling/Receiving).

This candidate should have warehouse & receiving experience. The position reports to the Supervisor and will be responsible for supporting planning group, inventory control, releases and indirect receiving.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support for planning group.
  • Oversee incoming releases from vendors.
  • Receiving in AX2009, MESA and MES orders coming in for finished goods.
  • INFO holds
  • Manage all discrepancies in receiving
  • PO receipts in AX2009, AX2012 and LN

Requirements/Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:

  • High school diploma.
  • At least 10 years of experience or more in a warehouse environment
  • Computer literate and with Excel, Word
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Continuous high-volume output
  • Receiving experience

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Additional education
  • Any other additional Warehouse experience
  • Background in semiconductor industry
  • Able to lift packages/boxes up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to stand for long periods
  • Note taking a plus due to different processes
  • Start daily on time
  • Able to work overtime when required or asked
  • Driving a fork lift
U.S. Export Controls Requirements: This job requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8 USC 1324b (a) (3).

The hourly pay range for this position, which could be performed in California, is $17.55 - $39.42.*

*Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
