We’re on the hunt for an Engineering Student to support the testing facilities at our David Florida Laboratory (“DFL”). This is a 4 to 8 month Co-Op opportunity starting in May/June 2026.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the structural test facility with flexibility to support thermal and RF test facilities.
  • Support equipment maintenance, calibration, process development, test preparation and execution, and safety protocols
  • Assemble test fixtures, sensors, and data‑acquisition hardware
  • Read and interpret test specifications, equipment datasheets, and engineering drawings
  • Maintain accurate test records
  • Produce daily/weekly status reports

Education, Experience And Qualifications

  • Be enrolled in a Bachelors in Engineering, Bachelors in Aerospace, or equivalent;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills, and willingness to learn and adapt

Comments/Special Considerations

Successful candidates must obtain and hold security clearance at the reliability status level, and pass security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
