We’re on the hunt for an Administrative Co-op Student - Health and Safety on our team at our Kanata office. This is a 4 month term starting in January 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating our health and safety documentation
- Supporting training and development initiatives
- Performing administrative tasks such as record-keeping, coordinating reviews/trainings, compliance tracking, etc.
Experience and skills required :
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution in a related field (e.g. Business Administration, Health Sciences, Environmental Studies, etc.)
- Experience with data entry, record-keeping, and document management
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to draft and edit documents, emails, and reports
- Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
Desirable experience and skills :
- Previous administrative experience, either through coursework, volunteer work, or part-time jobs
- Familiarity with health and safety principles and practices
Successful candidates must obtain and hold security clearance at the reliability status level, and pass security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP).

The compensation range for this position is $22 - $25 hourly. The specific compensation offered will be based on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
