Opening Shifts are 4 am to 11 am or 1 pm. This job helps the opening manager get the restaurant ready to serve customers by turning on equipment and preparing first runs of coffee, orange juice, and the full breakfast menu. This position would then transfer to a service or kitchen position at 5 am. Prep and Support Responsibilities:

Stock and prep food and supplies daily. This is an early-morning job: 4 a.m.- 10 a.m., Monday-Friday.

Follow a list to ensure the restaurant is ready for the entire rest of the day to efficiently serve our guests.
