Our Mexico City Office will be a hub for technology innovation and operational support to help us build the solutions that will improve our customer, crew and employee experience each and every day.

Job Description
The Talent Attraction Team is looking to add a creative Sr. Recruiter to build robust talent pipelines and identify market trends for various Technology specific and Corporate initiatives. You will work on roles in Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Human Resources, Finance, Communications, among others.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers in developing recruitment strategies for current and future staffing needs
- Implement necessary sourcing strategies to include a variety of methods of attracting top talent. Proven experience working with recruitment agencies.
- Provide exceptional candidate care, maintaining best practices throughout the screening, interview and assessment process.
- Build business relationships with key Client Groups, candidates, and HR Business Partners. Provide benefits/Company info to candidates.
- Present candidates, market trends, and other findings to recruitment and hiring teams.
- Responsible for supporting KPIs and metrics reporting in a high-volume recruiting environment.
- Work cross-functionally with greater Talent Attraction Group.
- Engage in various recruiting projects, such as new system implementations, career fairs, referral programs among others.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate recruiting or RPO environment, with a focus on software engineering, data & analytics, product management, or other Computer Science field
- Knowledge of Boolean search, running market campaigns, ATS systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Strong communication, professionalism, and presentation skills
- Advanced English proficiency.
