Job Description

Could you be our next Business Insights Analyst?
We are looking for a data centric food enthusiast to join the Insights team at one of the world’s favourite consumer brands. In this fast-paced role, you will provide data-driven insights to support a variety of stakeholders when making strategic decisions. You will play an integral part in storytelling using data to support key business tactics. You will be hands on with a diverse range of data and liaising with stakeholders across different departments including Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a few years’ experience in this space looking for their next challenge. Applications close COB Monday 19 August.

What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?

• Developing business and commercial insights using transactional data sets to inform decision making by internal stakeholders.
• Providing data-driven recommendations based on market and business performance to stakeholders.
• Developing, maintaining and producing ongoing reporting on business performance metrics.
• Collaborating with IT and third-party vendors to obtain required data to support the business strategy.
• Providing specialist knowledge on data and analytics to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Your keys to success:

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering business insights for commercial outcomes using information from multiple data sources.
• Demonstrated experience in data extractions and data manipulations using advanced skills in SQL.
• Proactive mindset to problem solving, able to understand stakeholder needs and deliver solutions.
• Familiar with data visualisation platform such as PowerBI / Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport.
