Role Summary
Job Description: Support and integrate large scale telecommunication systems and projects involving computer and telephony technologies. Deploy and support new releases of software upgrades and patches. Coordinate with R&D for any issues and provide customer presentable root cause analysis. Guide various cross functional engineering teams to ensure product implementation and readiness, based upon requirements. Acquaint end-user with full capabilities of applications or systems for immediate operational requirements and suggest other possible applications. Develop method of procedures for automated builds, configurations, and UNIX or LINUX scripting with cross platform and threaded development in Bash and Python. Troubleshoot problems, research alternate solutions to these problems, evaluating, analyzing, and combining alternatives to reach best solution. Deploy, modify scripts and HEAT/descriptor templates, and/or test software needed for various projects using cutting edge technologies across different virtual environment including OpenStack and VMware. Create Acceptance Test Plans (ATPs) in compliance with feature requirements and solution description documents. Perform acceptance test cases for certifications of each software release using tools like Wireshark and Perfecto. Implement and configure virtualization solutions based on VMware vSphere ESXi, ESX platform, vCenter and move VM's from one LUN to another LUN using Storage VMotion. Deploy and/or provision RHEL 7.2 servers, Cassandra /Scylla and Cinder volumes on OpenStack. Coordinate and perform installation, operation and maintenance, modification, testing, troubleshooting, documentation of new and complex cross platform systems.Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a directly related field plus five (5) years of telecommunications engineering. Experience must include.
Five (5) years of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
- IMS Network Architecture Protocols and Call Flows
Three (3) years of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
- Spec (ETSI/3GPP) based knowledge on Telecom Messaging call flows and Protocols, including TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, RTP, SIP, DIAMETER, SDP, DNS, SMTP, SSL, MM4/MM7, SNMP, IPSEC, TLS, LDAP, CQL, N1QL, X1/X2/X3 LI protocols, or GTP C/U
- Networking and operating systems with access database and virtualization understanding VMWare, Vcenter, Openstack, Kubernetes and Containerized platforms
One (1) year of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
- C#, Linux/Unix, Netact OSS, XML, Macro, Python, bash, shell or equivalent scripting language to design and support the Call Flow Testing and debugging issues with tool Perfecto, IrisView, SIPP or IPSL
- Databases, including MySQL, Cassandra, Swift, and Couchbase
