What we offer
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to design and deliver scalable integration solutions that power a complex, enterprise-grade technology landscape. You’ll work hands-on with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform alongside experienced architects and cross-functional partners, solving meaningful business problems and influencing how systems connect across the organization. This is an ideal opportunity for a MuleSoft professional who enjoys deep technical work, ownership of solutions, and the chance to grow their expertise in a collaborative, forward-looking environment.
What you’ll do

- Collaborate closely with MuleSoft Architects and cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement scalable, API-led solutions
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and integration partners
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and application issues, including complex or escalated incidents
- Support performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization of integrations to ensure reliability and scalability
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including integration designs, API specifications, and support runbooks
- Work with Anypoint API Manager to implement and maintain security policies, access controls, and governance standards
- Apply AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, MuleSoft's AI capabilities in Anypoint Code Builder) to accelerate integration development, and explore opportunities to embed AI-driven automation into integration workflows, including intelligent routing, data enrichment, and predictive monitoring
What you bring
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with MuleSoft, including strong experience with the Anypoint Platform (Mule 4), or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience developing integrations using Anypoint Studio and DataWeave
- Experience designing and building APIs using RAML or OpenAPI, with a solid understanding of API-led connectivity, REST, SOAP, and common integration patterns (e.g., synchronous/asynchronous, batch, publish/subscribe)
- Experience building, managing, and monitoring APIs and integrations using Anypoint Platform and API Manager, including dashboards and operational monitoring
- Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile delivery tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
- Experience with message queue and event-based integration patterns, including Anypoint MQ or similar technologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) and a working understanding of how to use them responsibly to improve productivity and code quality
