Your Team, Your Impact
We are seeking an experienced Hardware Engineer to support the design and development of evaluation platforms for optical validation across multiple DSP products used in data‑center optical connectivity. This role focuses on scale‑out architectures and requires hands‑on experience with high‑speed PCB design, schematic review, and board bring‑up. You will play a key role in enabling next‑generation optical interconnects by delivering robust, high‑performance hardware platforms used for validation, characterization, and system integration. What You Can Expect
- Design and develop high‑speed EVK hardware to support optical validation of multiple DSP products for data‑center connectivity
- Review and drive high‑quality schematics with attention to signal integrity, power integrity, and manufacturability
- Work closely with PCB layout engineers to ensure compliance with high‑speed design best practices
- Plan and execute board builds, including component selection, procurement coordination, and build readiness
- Lead hardware bring‑up, debugging, and validation using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, TDRs, and related measurement tools
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with 8+ years of relevant industry experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience
- Strong experience designing high‑speed, high‑density PCBs for networking, optical, or data‑center applications
- Proven ability to review and assess complex schematics for high‑speed digital and mixed‑signal designs
- Solid background in signal integrity and power integrity analysis and design
- Proficiency with Cadence OrCAD / Allegro PCB design tools
- Hands‑on lab experience with high‑speed measurements, including real‑time/sampling oscilloscopes and TDR
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with substrate‑like PCBs, advanced materials, or flexible printed circuits
- Prior exposure to optical modules, coherent or PAM4 systems, or DSP‑based platforms is a strong plus
