Your Team, Your Impact
This group is responsible for supporting general project management and engineering infrastructure, with a focus on pre-silicon development workflows. Key responsibilities include:1. Project Management: Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, cost tracking, and status reporting.
2. Pre-Silicon JIRA Management: Manage and follow up on JIRA tickets related to pre-silicon development activities.
3. Resource Planning & Tracking: Support resource planning efforts and maintain accurate tracking to optimize team efficiency.
4. CE AMS IP Development Tools: Coordinate to develop, testing, and maintain tools that enable CE AMS IP development workflows.
5. PHP-Based Design Documentation: Generate PHP-based design documentations
6. SharePoint Management: Organize and maintain SharePoint sites to support documentation sharing and team collaboration.

What You Can Expect
Project Management Support
Assist in tracking and organizing cross-functional engineering projects.
Help facilitate communication between teams and document project status updates.
Support JIRA ticket management and follow-up activities.
System & Tool Investigation
Participate in the investigation and testing of internal tools supporting CE AMS IP workflows.
Assist with quality control and documentation processes related to IP development.
Documentation & Template Development
Generate PHP-based design documentations
Help maintain and improve PHP-based applications used for documentation templates.
Support efforts to organize and standardize technical documentation formats.
Resource Planning Assistance
Contribute to resource tracking and planning efforts to enhance team efficiency.
Learn and apply basic strategies for optimizing engineering workflows.

What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Management, or other related fields with an anticipated graduation date between Winter 2026 and Spring 2027
0-1 years of previous experience in project management is a plus
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
