Support implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, serving as an internal auditor and supporting customer and third-party audits.
Review, streamline, update, and maintain quality system procedures to align with evolving business requirements and close compliance gaps.
Lead and support cross-functional projects, including system and process integrations, data migration, and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Support the implementation and digitization of the 8D problem-solving process across Marvell, ensuring standardized workflows, improved traceability, and enhanced efficiency in issue resolution.
Drive quality process improvements by applying structured problem-solving tools and methodologies (e.g., 8D, Pareto analysis) to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
What We're Looking For
Quality Systems Engineer (Staff / Senior)
To accomplish this, we are seeking a senior level Quality Systems Engineer to join our group in Singapore. In this role you will be responsible for:
Drive and support the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, championing global adoption to align teams and deliver seamless execution.
Ensure technical documentation readiness and coordinate task closure and milestone approvals to consistently meet or beat product release targets.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to communicate deliverables clearly and proactively resolve issues, achieving 100% on-time milestone completion across multiple projects.
Implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability, contributing to accelerated time-to-market and improved customer satisfaction scores.
Oversee and optimize workflows for Engineering Product/Process Change Notices (PCNs) and Technical Document Change Orders (DCOs) within the PLM system.
Ensure PCN documentation is accurate, properly formatted, and ready for routing, approval, and publishing; manage submission of customer-specific PCN forms on designated portals.
Verify completion of all document change orders and coordinate timely release for internal and external use, supporting smooth product and process transitions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree from a leading university in electrical engineering, quality, or related technical discipline
10+ years of experience in a quality system process management, ISO9001 compliance, change control process, product compliance and related processes
Experience in implementing IATF 16949 and ISO 26262 requirements is highly desired
Background in semiconductor manufacturing/assembly or product/test.
Demonstrated experience with customer crisis management desired
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient with MS Office & data analysis tools
Familiarity with tools such as 8D, Pareto analysis, Kaizen, 5S, Lessons Learned, Risk Management and other problem-solving techniques.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities.
