The Procurement team at Marvell plays a critical role in ensuring the company’s operational efficiency and cost competitiveness. This team is responsible for sourcing and managing suppliers for materials, components, and services that power Marvell’s semiconductor solutions. By negotiating strategic contracts, optimizing supply chains, and mitigating risks, the Procurement team helps secure reliable, high-quality resources at the best value.Impact on Marvell

What You Can Expect
Strategic Oversight & Decision-Making
Lead commercial negotiations
Negotiate ad hoc service charges with OSAT partners
Validate on savings clocking and financial strategies
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Manage and maintain strong relationships with OSAT partners and internal stakeholders
Prepare QBR materials including formatting decks and compiling data
Lead internal alignment meetings and OSAT pre-QBR sessions
Represent the team in high-level discussions with cross-functional teams
Process Ownership & Governance
Drive internal process alignment and resolve production-related issues
Oversee system enhancements and process improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with audit requirements including SOX and ISO standards
Manage and resolve escalations related to OSAT processes and requests
Financial & Cost Analysis
Conduct cost analysis and comparisons for OSAT professional services
Review and approve cost structures for ad hoc services
Validate and approve savings strategies
Leadership & Transition Management
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior support staff
Lead transition planning and handovers for new projects or team changes
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for strategic initiatives including SQE projects and QBR preparation
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field
5+ years of procurement experience in semiconductor field, preferably in OSAT
Strong analytical, negotiations, and relationship management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
