Your Team, Your Impact

The Engineering Test Hardware Operations team supports Product/Test Engineering and Production Teams activities in Santa Clara, MAPL and OSAT locations worldwide. Our primary function is to design, develop, evaluate and maintain various types of test equipment’s and associated hardware to be used in the manufacturing and testing products ranging from Automotive, Enterprise, Data Center and Hyperscale product lines. Interfacing with various operational manufacturing teams to provide the best quality products to our customers.

What You Can Expect

  • Support and monitor ATE and System Level testing, including releasing new hardware from engineering to production.
  • Manage all hardware equipment at various manufacturing sites, ensuring hardware (including spares) are in place for production.
  • Provide relevant reports to HQ on utilization and hardware status.
  • Perform board debug to module/component level.
  • Work with vendors on new hardware orders.
  • Present technical support to optimize production processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering with minimum 2+ years’ experience in semiconductor back-end processing field
  • Diploma with 5 years’ experience in semiconductor hardware equipment
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be detailed-oriented and have good organizational skills.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
