Required qualified professional who can handle Marvell India USGAAP & IND AS bookkeeping, fixed asset accounting & statutory reporting's.What You Can Expect
Maintenance of Marvell India accounting records as per USGAAP & IND AS
Preparation of IND AS financials and handling statutory audit.
Income tax filing and transfer pricing filings on timely manner.
Close monitoring of India statutory filings and completion of the same on timely.
Fixed asset management including physical verification & Fixed asset accounting and as per Companies act.
What We're Looking For
CA with 2-4 years of experience or Semi qualified CA/MBA with 4-6 years of experience in USGAAP and INDAS bookkeeping and statutory reporting’s.
Experience in end-to-end legal entity accounting as per IFRS /IND AS accounting standards.
Accurate and timely execution of month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Apply professional skepticism and an inquisitive approach to review and analyze the appropriateness and reasonableness of underlying accounting principles.
Must have experience in fixed asset accounting and handling physical verification of assets.
Provide support for statutory audits, direct and indirect tax return preparation, and responses to governmental audit inquiries.
Assess risk over accounts and areas of responsibility. Apply judgment to ensure that financial integrity of accounting entries, accruals, and account reconciliations are intact and operating effectively.
Analytical thinker who can identify and implement effective processes improvements.
Proficiency with accounting software and experience with a software system preferably experience in Oracle R12.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, strong written and oral communication skills.
