Your Team, Your Impact
As part of the procurement team, you will interact with different teams within the organization and suppliers in the market. You will support sourcing efforts, participate in cost reduction initiatives, and engage in various purchasing activities.What You Can Expect
• Timely execution of purchase requisitions to purchase orders.
• Collate purchase orders and requisitions to order materials, goods, and supplies.
• Monitor, expedite, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
• Support sourcing and negotiation with suppliers.
• Participate in cost reduction initiatives.
• Collate spend data for reporting and analysis.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities.
• Perform any other assigned tasks related to purchasing activities.
What We're Looking For
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain or purchasing roles within a manufacturing setting.
• Preferred degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field; other disciplines will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and purchasing processes.
• Good engineering knowledge in NPI (New Product Introduction) and production support within the semiconductor industry.
• Preferred familiarity with ERP systems, Oracle, or similar programs.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Good planning and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
