Your Team, Your Impact
Marvell Technology is seeking a Sr. Director, Operations Program Management to provide leadership across all operations functions to drive strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will drive a gross margin taskforce across the company and play a crucial role in managing critical customer supply chain. Your insights will enable us to optimize product cost, improve supply planning, and improve profitability in the company.What You Can Expect
- Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Help increase margins and achieve cost entitlement to established business goals, while ensuring total customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Manage products through their complete life cycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on program activities.
- Coordinate the implementation of task across supply chain to meet the defined timeline and cost.
- Monitor program progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Negotiate, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus among team members to accomplish project and business goals.
- Communicate program updates and progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to drive engagement and decision-making.
- Analyze program data and metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure program success.
- Be proactive in identifying situations needing quick resolution.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering. An MBA would be a plus.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is a must as product, process, or quality engineer.
- Understand and familiarity with semiconductor product and financial cost models.
- 15+ years of extensive experience in semiconductor operations, engineering, or quality.
- 10+ years of experience managing large programs within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong analytical, influence, and leadership skills. Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and supply chain best practices.
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
176,930 - 265,000, $ per annumThe successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
