Your Team, Your Impact

We are seeking a highly skilled Director to lead Endpoint IT Security and Customer Service within our Information Security (InfoSec) department. This role is pivotal in ensuring the security and operational integrity of our endpoint devices while providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders. Additionally, the role includes responsibility for metrics reporting within our Cyber Engineering division, contributing to data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Can Expect

Endpoint IT Security Management:

  • Develop and implement advanced endpoint security strategies and best practices.
  • Oversee endpoint security solutions, including antivirus, endpoint detection and response (EDR).
  • Monitor and enhance endpoint security metrics and performance, ensuring compliance with organizational security policies and standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive endpoint security assessments and audits, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending remediation actions.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize endpoint security system performance.

Customer Service for InfoSec:

  • Serve as the executive point of contact for all customer service inquiries related to InfoSec.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to address security concerns and provide timely resolutions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through strategic communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop and deliver advanced security awareness training and support materials for end-users.

Metrics Reporting for Cyber Engineering:

  • Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for Cyber Engineering projects and initiatives.
  • Analyze metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with Cyber Engineering teams to establish benchmarks and goals aligned with organizational objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar certifications highly desirable.
  • 10 plus years experience in IT security management, including implementation and maintenance of endpoint security solutions.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, with prior experience in an InfoSec or IT service management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and create meaningful metrics reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Extensive experience in building and managing teams of up to 25 members, fostering diversity, and consistently driving outstanding results.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

161,090 - 241,300, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.

This role is eligible for our hybrid work model in which you will be able to split time between working from home and on-site in a Marvell office.
