Your Team, Your Impact

The role is part of our Test Operations and plays a critical role in supporting Product and Test Engineers with test development, product qualification, and manufacturing release. Additionally, it involves collaboration with production and planning teams to optimize spare capacity for revenue generation. The position encompasses the management of Marvell’s test equipment, including testers, handlers, probers, and related hardware, with an emphasis on ensuring operational readiness and driving continuous improvement.

What You Can Expect

  • Collaborate with product & test engineers and external vendors to install, configure, buyoff and operate testers, handlers, change kits, probers and hardware items to support NPI Test development projects.
  • Own and drive equipment installations, buyoff & operational readiness.
  • Develop procedures and documentation for tools handling, setup, conversions to achieve high up time & low operational cost.
  • Guide technicians on schematic interpretations, board level troubleshooting and bench setups.
  • Work with vendors for tool maintenance, upgrade, repair & calibration works as necessary.
  • Review and maintain key spares to achieve high levels of equipment & HW uptime.
  • Generate periodic management updates on equipment installation & asset utilization metrics.

What We're Looking For

  • BS in EE/ME with minimum 7 years of experience in handling ATEs, Auto Handlers, Change kits, Wafer Probers and associated hardwares.

  • System knowledge with hands-on experience in UltraFLEX & Advantest 93K testers.

  • Solid understanding in correlations, calibration, golden unit test, preventive maintenance & production release processes.

  • Experience in driving root cause analysis and CA/PA to achieve high equipment uptime & stability.

  • Work in rotating shifts (day or night schedules) to support project teams across the globe.

  • Self-starter, fast learner, good communicator, able to work in matrix organization, juggle multiple tasks.

  • Knowledge in ESD controls, GRR, 5S, TPM, OEE, 8D, ISO-9K, MS-Office tools.

  • Hands on experience in setup, troubleshoot & running of Hon Precision, Epson and Cohu handlers preferred.
