The opportunity: As Marvell SQE, you will have the opportunity to work with world class Offshore Assembly and Test (OSAT) service providers to deliver leading edge products to the world.

What You Can Expect

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage OSATs suppliers’ quality.
• Work with Suppliers on Continuous Improvement Program.
• Manage periodic quality review with the suppliers (Yield, DPPM, CPK, ORM)
• Conduct supplier audits and host customer audits.
• Manage Supplier Process Change Notice.
• Chair Material Review Board (MRB) and manage disposition of non-conformance Material.
• Manage supplier/customer 8D SCAR, corrective/preventive actions implementation and effectiveness.
• Work with Customer Quality Engineering (CQE) on Customer requests

What We're Looking For

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Semi-Conductor Assembly/Test/Bumping industry.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in Process / Packaging / QA / Supplier Quality Engineering experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience in advance assembly packaging (CoWoS) is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of 8-Discipline report, Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiment (DOE).
• Customer audit experience.
• Knowledge in ISO9001, VDA6.3 related audit process is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced, multiple tasks environment.
• A team player.
