The Network and Connectivity (N&C) Product Engineering team manages Marvell’s portfolio of Ethernet and Automotive Networking products from NPI to MPR. We lead engineering discussions and discoveries in multi-terabit ethernet, 5nm and below processes, and other industry-defining advances. We collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams to build essential technologies that connects people and secures the world’s data-transforming automotive and enterprise network architectures for the better.

What You Can Expect

On-site presence is mandatory due to regular work with lab equipment in Marvell's testfloor facilities.

You will be responsible for supporting Product Engineers by fulfilling first-level engineering activities such as:

- Unit Analysis and Verification Testing

- Yield Summarization and Reporting

- NPI Qualification Material Testing

- Engineering Workflow/Process Documentation

- ATE Hardware Checkout and Troubleshooting

- ATE Test Program Documentation and Datalogging

Given that this is a Staff-level role, you will be involved in mentoring/guiding junior Engineer Assistants and/or entry-level Product Engineers on first-level engineering activities/processes and Product Engineering principles.

What We're Looking For

Staff-level Product Engineer Assistants are expected to execute multiple first-level product engineering activities in parallel, independently, and with minimal guidance from the Product Engineer they are supporting. Documentation is a vital part of this role, making excellent written skills a must. Most importantly, a strong desire to build NPI Product Engineering knowledge and skills is required due to increased involvement in more complex support tasks.

Must be able to demonstrate strong knowledge and skill in the following areas:

- Engineering Data/Results Summarization and Technical Writing

- First-level Yield Analysis

- First-level ATE Hardware Debug and Troubleshooting

- RMA Testing with ATE

- NPI Qualification Testing with ATE

- Task Prioritization and Schedule Management

- Work Process Mapping and Documentation

- Product Engineering

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

25 - 38, $ per hour.

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
