You will work Storage BU, implementation team.

What You Can Expect

• Responsible for MBIST insertion, verification
• Responsible for SCAN insertion, ATPG, verification
• Responsible for DFT SDC creation
• Work closely with various multi-functional teams on resolving complex issues to ensure successful Tape-out

What We're Looking For

• At least 1+ years’ experience in SCAN insertion, ATPG, verification
• At least 1+ years’ experience in MBIST insertion, verification
• Hands on experience in SCAN/MBIST verification debugging in RTL/gatesim/postsim
• Hands on experience in DFT ATE generation and debugging
• Proficient in scripting languages (TCL and Perl/Python/Ruby)
