The Opportunity
Works with TE/PE team to make sure test operation progresses according to test schedule. Any issues or problems, Manufacturing Technicians will communicate with engineering team/ hardware team to resolve and complete the task.Job Responsibilities:
Setup and run semiconductor automated testing equipment. Ensure operational documents and quantity reports are accurate, complete and timely for each operation.
Meet test priority and on-time goals.
Work cohesively with other team members and assist to achieve testing objectives.
Be proactive in identifying issues and resolving them quickly to satisfy productions objectives and customer needs.
Other duties as assigned.
Interactions/Supervision:
Works with supervision; interacts with peers and internal support personnel to coordinate work.
Requirements:
Vocationally qualified and has developed specialized knowledge and skills in own area.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 5-7+ years of related experience.
Work shift weekend shift Fri, Sat, Sun and Monday. 6:30am to 6:30pm
Considered highly skilled/specialist position.
The test operator will be responsible for operating automated test equipment (ATE) to test semiconductor parts/components.
Minimum Qualifications:
One year experience with IC testing (aka ATE test) in electronic manufacturing.
Hands-on experience in running semiconductor test equipment.
Good Excel skills.
Good communication and written skills.
Ability to work with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Ability to calculate test yield and troubleshoot routine tester issues.
Working Conditions:
100% manufacturing environment. Must able to meet shift schedule as stated on posting.
Able to push, pull and/or lift 30 lbs equipment/package parts.
This is a hourly position that requires the flexibility to work additional hours if necessary to complete critical goals.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
24 - 36, $ per hour.The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
