The Opportunity
Marvell continuously delivers the most advanced and complete PHY products to the infrastructure market. Marvell’s transceivers are utilized for a wide array of enterprise, carrier, small medium business, industrial and cloud data center applications.Job Responsibilities:
In this role you will:
Design, develop and carry out validation plan for PHY products
Implement python script and C API for a system solution on top of PHY products
Deliver architectural documents, design specs, source code and validation report
Build and maintain API library and script library for use by other teams
Perform tasks including silicon bring up, issue debugging and comprehensive function validation on various ethernet products
Implement customized solutions based on use cases and customer requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 3-5 years of related professional experience OR Master’s degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 2-3 years of experience.
Must have good C/C++ program skill. Able to write easy to understand modularized and structured code that’s maintainable and reusable
Familiar with Python scripting on top of C code and validate the API functions
Excellent problem solving skills
Knowledge of computer system, ethernet protocol, physical device and DSP is a plus.
Working experience of silicon functional validation, PTP, MACsec and IPsec is preferred
Must be willing to work in a multi-tasking, fast pace, team oriented working environment.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
100,040 - 149,800, $ per annumThe successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
