The Flex Fitness Studio is a high-end health club that offers an assortment of amenities within our facility. We are currently looking for a P.T Flex Welcome Partner Lead. You will be responsible for providing a sensational experience to our leisure guests and members. Requirements: Previous experience in hospitality or guest service; supervisory experience is an assetStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong accountability and follow-throughComfortable with administrative systems and trackingProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)CPR/First Aid certification is requiredFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday (am and pm shifts) Job Profile: Ensure smooth daily operations and supporting team membersEnsure team alignment with policies, procedures, and daily expectationsMaintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and overall facility presentationMonitor daily operations through checklists and follow-ups to ensure completionOversee inventory levels (towels, F&B, supplies)Review access tracking, identify issues, and follow up on membership or billing concernsDeliver exceptional guest and member service; handle inquiries and escalations professionallySupport membership sales and promote servicesEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hotel standardsMonitor the pool and facility for safety concerns; report and document incidents as requiredFoster a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment
