This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and creative aspiring individual with result focus. Supporting the Vice President, Human Resources and Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Coordinator will collaborate with leaders and partners to facilitate the smooth operation of the administrative aspects of the human resources function within the Hotel.
This posting is for a 18 month contract position.
Minimum two years' admin experience.
College Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR or Administration.
HRIS experience, Ceridian Dayforce preferred.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Confidentiality and communication skills are paramount.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Availability Monday to Friday, occasional weekends.
Required in to be in office full time.
Job Profile:
Support HR across recruitment, benefits, training, events, and safety.
Manage recruitment activities and onboarding.
Compile survey data and work with excel data compilation.
Assist with the preparation of employee events and meetings.
Respond to inquiries and compose correspondence.
Manage office administration duties.
Coordinate internal communications and social media posts.
Participate in employee committees on health and safety and social issues.
Additional duties as assigned by HR management.
