Bartender – Brookstreet Hotel

Successful candidate must be available:

Saturday Am and PM (Bar or serve)
Sunday AM (Day Bar)
Monday AM (Day Bar)
Tuesday Am and PM

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of bartending experience in a high-end hotel or restaurant

• Strong knowledge of current food and beverage trends

• Solid wine and cocktail expertise

• Smart Serve Certified

• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

• Proven ability to multi-task and work as part of a collaborative team

• Available for varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Comfortable managing large crowds with professionalism and composure

• Passionate about hospitality, creativity, and delivering a standout guest experience

• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset

• A love for jazz music and enthusiasm for promoting our SPICIER culture

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage guests in a warm, professional manner

• Create and serve high-quality, consistent, and innovative beverages

• Manage bar inventory and maintain a clean, organized workspace

• Operate POS system and process payments accurately

• Serve food and drinks to guests at the bar and lounge areas

• Ensure compliance with health and liquor regulations, including Smart Serve protocols

• Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive work environment

• Help deliver memorable moments through exceptional service and a genuine love of hospitality
