Your Mission
As the first contact for colleagues, franchisees and patrons who visit the Welcome Center in the Little Caesars Global Resource Center (“GRC”), this person will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding experience. The Welcome Center Concierge will report to the Manager, GRC services and work with the concierge and facilities team to ensure prompt responses to colleague and guest inquiries and to notify the appropriate party immediately of issues and other concerns. This position will encompass a wide range of duties from greeting and assisting guests to assisting with managing scheduling, setup and organization of the training rooms, terrace, executive conference rooms and other spaces throughout the GRC. All duties are to be performed in accordance with federal, state, local laws, regulations, ordinances, as well as department and Company policies, practices and procedures.

Your Mission

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Warmly and sincerely greet guests and assist them with getting to their destination with the necessary credentials and notifying colleagues as their guests arrive.
- Assist guests with locating an appropriate place to wait for their meeting including a place to sit/work, internet access, something to drink, a place to secure belongings, introduction to displays about the company, etc.
- Maintain working knowledge of meetings and events scheduled throughout the building and communicate with appropriate teams to ensure room layouts are setup correctly.
- Maintain a service orientated mindset by continuously looking for ways to help colleagues and guests.
- Ensure Welcome Center remains clean, organized and stocked throughout the day.
- Assist colleagues in submitting facilities requests and follow-up to ensure issues are resolved quickly and appropriately.
- Promptly answer phone calls to the Welcome Center with a cheerful, friendly greeting and respond to inquiries or direct caller to the appropriate colleague.
- Observes and reports incidents or suspicious activity to security.
- Be knowledgeable of key information about Little Caesars and other Ilitch Companies, the District Detroit, department contacts, local dining and transportation options, etc. in order to respond to guest inquiries.
- Other duties and responsibilities as directed by supervisor.
- Assist in facility tech functions as needed.
- Support Manager, GRC Services to develop processes that ensure the building operates efficiently and smoothly.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least three (3) years of customer service experience.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional internal and external customer service.
- Excellent active listening skills with the ability to givie full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate.
- High demonstration of personal and professional integrity.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task several activities and duties simultaneously while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Able to anticipate needs and resolve problems quickly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Has taken courses in hotel management or relevant field.
- Concierge or hospitality experience preferred.
- Welcome Desk is stationed as the first point of contact for guests and can often to busy and noisy.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, squatting.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under short time constraints, and within established deadlines.
- Occasional heavy lifting.
