  • Oversee and continuously improve the end-to-end buy/sell and franchise onboarding processes, including candidate sourcing, deal evaluation, approval documentation, and internal communication flow.
  • Own performance reporting and forecasting across franchise recruitment, transfers, and openings; provide regular executive-level updates and data-driven insights.
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with multi-unit franchise groups, serving as a strategic advisor on development opportunities.
  • Represent the brand at national conferences, franchise expos, and industry events to elevate Little Caesars' visibility among prospective partners.
  • Ensure team compliance with FDD regulations and oversee periodic updates in coordination with Legal and Compliance teams.
  • Identify underperforming or at-risk markets and develop mitigation strategies to maintain unit count and brand integrity.

Leadership and Team Development:

  • Lead, inspire, and retain top talent across the franchising function; provide clarity, accountability, and growth opportunities.
  • Set performance goals and expectations for the team; manage KPIs, pipeline health, and effectiveness of development efforts.
  • Foster a collaborative and accountable culture across departments that supports executional excellence and strategic growth.
