Your Mission:
Responsible for maintaining the development of long-term brand strategy and annual brand marketing plans. You will execute national campaigns and key marketing programs by collaborating with external advertising agencies and internal marketing and creative teams to deliver 360 integrated marketing campaigns. In this role, you will operate in a liaison role between key positions in the marketing department, agencies and vendors.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Work with Brand Manager to develop and implement innovative and strategic campaign messaging for the domestic market with approximately six national marketing campaign windows per year.
- Coordinate programs that brings the brand to life for consumers.
- Champion the ongoing refinement of the consumer brand experience. Measure the effectiveness of our brand purpose, brand attributes and architecture, positioning, messaging, consumer journey mapping and brand engagement strategies.
- Collect data to develop integrated creative briefs for national promotions and test product campaigns informing external advertising and media agencies, as well as internal marketing and creative teams.
- Coordinate seamless execution and production of agency’s national campaign materials within allocated budget.
- Maintain all agency aspects of a campaign including timelines, process, asset development, approvals and budget tracking.
- Liaise with Brand Activation and Field Marketing teams to cascade national campaigns to the local and store level.
- Maintain appropriate processes and procedures to keep deliverables on time, ensuring allocated agency scope of work is completed within budget.
- Coordinate and monitor campaign expenses, purchase orders and invoicing.
- Monitor sales, traffic trends and market research to adjust campaign direction accordingly to best support system profitability.
- Track, report, and present brand and campaign metrics and competitive trends to marketing management. Create executive summaries utilized for annual planning and national presentations. Analyze data and provide report to marketing management.
- Anticipate and effectively mitigate problems and consistently communicate to stakeholders with updates on progress, relevant delays or issues and budget implications.
- Ensure brand quality control and vendor compliance.
- Screen potential vendors and proposals for recommendation.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fine Arts, or other related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience in the field of brand marketing and/or strategy.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Evidence of effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to apply those skills in a creative atmosphere.
- The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to compile, analyze, summarize, and present data for management review.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
