Job Posting Description:

As the Sr. Manager of Digital Experience & Product, you will lead the strategy, development, and optimization of digital experiences across web, mobile, and emerging platforms. This role is pivotal in shaping how customers interact with our brand online, ensuring seamless, engaging, and personalized journeys. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Digital Product Management and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

About the Role

  • Drive digital product and experience strategy across web, mobile (apps), and emerging platforms.
  • Develop and manage digital product objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure success and guide iterative improvements.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance omnichannel customer engagement and deliver personalized experiences.
  • Champion UX practices to create intuitive and impactful user experiences.
  • Integrate emerging technologies and mobile-first solutions into digital products to drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Digital Product Management and cross-functional teams; including Marketing, Technology, and Analytics to align priorities and deliver cohesive digital experiences.
  • Manage product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead and develop direct reports while influencing cross-functional teams through non-authoritative leadership, fostering collaboration and alignment to achieve shared business objectives.

About You

  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management or a related role (e.g., Business Analyst).
  • Proven expertise in digital product management and customer experience design.
  • Strong knowledge of digital analytics, optimization, and performance measurement.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and managing product lifecycles across multiple digital touchpoints.
  • Ability to identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance digital engagement.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Experience with Adobe Commerce and other Adobe products is an asset.
