Secondment/Contract Duration: Up to 12 Months
Are you passionate about ecommerce, the digital customer journey and online analytics? Reporting to the Vice President, Digital Channels, you will provide insights into the customer journey on online and mobile platforms, delivering overall understanding and reporting of the channel performance to make better business decisions. Leading a team of web and reporting analysts, you will collaborate with key partners to create detailed reporting approaches and paths to insightful analysis of larger ecommerce initiatives and projects.

About the Role
- Measure, analyze and improve the customer fulfilment experience against business needs and objectives and lead a customer centric eCommerce strategy.
- Lead the business review of ecommerce to ensure that all functional areas are aware of progress made and current status and where the channel is anticipated to go based upon trending performance.
- Champion the customer experience within the organization and seek to inform and educate business partners on customer behavior on our sites and platforms.
- Define and refine proposals on Adobe Analytics solution design and implementation to capture the key data elements required for business insights.
- Partner closely with Supply Chain, Retail Operations, Legal, Finance, Merchandising, Marketing and Customer Service leadership to provide insightful updates on the ecommerce channel.
- Prepare reports including visualized dashboards that illustrate the online customer experience and sales as it relates to internal stakeholder initiatives or merchandising strategies.
- Build and manage a high-performing Online Analytics and Reporting team, drive excellence and help to support personal and team growth.
- Drive ongoing analysis of promotional and demand generation activity by partnering with Marketing and Merchandising to grow the business through improved promotional campaigns and initiatives.
About You
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Statistics, eCommerce or related program.
- 10 years of experience in an eCommerce role with a focus on eCommerce Analytics in a retail, B2B or wholesale environment.
- Strong proficiency in web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Omniture, Google Analytics, CMS, testing platforms and issue/project tracking tools. Familiarity with Adobe Commerce ecommerce platform, Micro Strategy and Microsoft Power BI would be an asset.
- Experience with building visualized performance dashboards for fulfilment tracking and customer experience measurement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Proven leadership skills and/or supervisory experience, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills are also crucial.
